Before I had kids, I always imagined I'd have a child just like me. Naturally, I made the assumption that the child would be a girl.
Whether Harlow will be like me or not remains to be seen. Some people think she looks like her Daddy but more and more, she is looking like her big brother, Luca.
And Luca? Is me.
He looks like me and he has an attitude like mine.
When we take photos together, like the above, I obviously can't see what expression he is wearing but more often than not, he is posing like his life depended on it.
Always with the drama, this kid.

Okay, I'll reveal it.
That's a helium-filled balloon of the congratulatory sort on our dresser. And it's blue. And says, "It's A Boy!"
However, our most recent child is most definitely a girl.
As I recall, this balloon came atop a plastic receptacle filled with delicious jelly beans. Ziggy is two and a half so naturally the jelly beans are long gone.
But WAIT! Everyone knows the second child's arrival is barely acknowledged let alone commemerated with the purchase of balloons.
No, this balloon is almost FIVE YEARS OLD.
Your first thought is probably, "Wow! That's a tightly sealed helium balloon!" But hot on the heels of that thought is, "Why the fuck does Angie have a 5 year old balloon on her dresser?"
And the answer to that is something only watching the show 'Hoarders' could go even close to explaining...
